- Full customer satisfaction can only be achieved through the commitment to achieve perfection in all the processes that are carried out every day.
- Based on this premise, AFEPASA has, since 2007, certified its quality management systems in accordance with the ISO 9001 standard.
Practically since it began to take its first steps, more than 125 years ago, at AFEPASA there is no doubt that the secret to achieving maximum satisfaction and positive response from its customers lies in considering their commitment to quality as one of its basic pillars at the corporate level.
For this reason, in addition to its certifications in terms of occupational safety and environmental management, aimed at showing its involvement with the well-being of all the people who make up the entity's human capital and with respect for and protection of its environment, AFEPASA has since 2007 with the ISO 9001 certification, aimed at the availability of a specific comprehensive quality management system in all its processes.
The interest in having this quality certification lies in the predisposition to incorporate all those measures that contribute to optimizing the structure, operation and daily work of the company to the maximum, in order to guarantee the best service at all levels.
In this sense, as acknowledged by Marc Melero, AFEPASA's head of quality, environment and safety, through this involvement with "a job well done", the aim is to favor the 360 ° improvement of the organization, concentrating the necessary resources in the continuous improvement of the following key areas:
The periodic review of the different production lines, to minimize the presence of performance gaps and errors, in aspects such as procurement, transformation processes, product labeling or order management.
The development of a meticulous work of customer service and claims management, through the exhaustive analysis of the traceability of the products, thus minimizing the risk of problems in storage or the existence of errors in the innumerable analysis bulletins carried out, as well as regarding the review of the billing process to avoid possible accounting and management discrepancies.
The continuous evaluation and realization of ways of improvement in the strategic and operational decision-making processes, in terms of efficiency and productivity, based on the analysis of the different indicators contemplated in the quality management system implemented in the organization.
In short, AFEPASA considers its commitment to quality as one of the basic pillars to strengthen mutual commitment with all customers who, day by day, give it their trust.
